How Fioso works

We replace your scattered SaaS tools with one connected, open-source platform — run it for you while you get AI-ready, and hand it over entirely when you are.

The 2-month parallel trial

Before you commit to anything, we run Fioso alongside your existing tools for 2 months. You define what "better" looks like. We deliver — or you walk away free.

01

You define success

Your criteria. Your metrics. We align before we start.

02

We run in parallel

Nothing changes on your end. We build Fioso alongside what you have.

03

Month 2: you decide

Delivered? Pay the onboarding fee and go monthly. Didn't? Walk away — no cost.

The three-year client arc

Each client moves through three phases. The arc is per-client — not Fioso's lifetime.

Phase 1

Data Unification

Month 1–3

Replace your SaaS stack

We run Fioso alongside your existing tools. Email, leads, invoices, documents, WhatsApp — all start flowing into one system. Nothing gets switched off until you're ready.

One dashboard

Fifteen modules, one login. Your team sees their work in a unified interface rather than toggling between 7 different tools with 7 different logins.

AI classification starts immediately

Emails are classified. Leads are captured. Invoices are tracked. The AI is working from day one — on your real data, in your tone.

Team onboarding

We configure the system for your workflows and train your team. The goal is that your people can use it independently within 4–6 weeks.

Phase 2

AI Leverage

Month 4–12

AI on unified context

Once your data is in one place, the AI can actually do something useful with it. Not just write emails — answer questions across your whole business.

Workflow automation

Multi-step automation with real business context. Follow-up sequences, invoice reminders, lead scoring, weekly summaries — all running without manual effort.

Natural language queries

"How many leads converted last month?" "Which clients have outstanding invoices over 60 days?" Ask in plain English, get structured answers from your real data.

Measurable efficiency gains

By month 6, you should be spending meaningfully less time on administrative work. We track this against the criteria you set on day one.

Phase 3

Self-Sufficiency

Year 2–3

Team runs day-to-day independently

Your people operate the platform without calling us for routine support. You're AI-capable. The system is yours in practice, not just in theory.

Fioso handles infrastructure quietly

We're in the background — updates, backups, security, server maintenance. You see the result; we manage the plumbing.

Graduation option

If you want to run it yourself: we migrate everything to your own server and hand over the keys. Everything is open source. Full ownership, full control.

Most clients stay by choice

The overhead of infrastructure management is what most clients pay us to avoid. But the graduation option is real — and making it available changes the nature of the relationship.

Our principles

The rules that govern everything Fioso does.

Draft-first, always

AI never sends an email, makes a decision, or takes an action automatically. It prepares — you decide. Auto-approve is available per workflow but always opt-in.

You own your data

All data lives in the UK (DigitalOcean London). Open source stack — PostgreSQL database, S3-compatible file store. You can export or migrate your data at any time. No proprietary lock-in.

You set the success criteria

Before the trial starts, you tell us what "better" looks like — in your terms. At 2 months, we measure against those criteria together. If we haven't delivered, you walk away free.

No lock-in — you can graduate

Rolling monthly contract, 30 days notice. If you want full self-hosting, we will migrate everything to your own server. Most clients stay because they want the support, not because they have to.
